Mixcoat is a cementitious dry blend of Portland cement, sand and other special binders. It is specifically used as a leveling scratch coat to prepare concrete or wood substrates, as well as for parging foundation walls
Preparation/Application: Add Water Coverage: Approximately between 3.5 - 25sqft./bag for a mortar thickness between 1/4"-1" *Do not use as a mortar to set any tile or stone*
